"Bharti Sah (30) and Suresh Mandal (32) died on the spot when the vehicle lost control and rammed into a tree," Phalka police station's Station House Officer (SHO) Sanjay Das said.
The injured were admitted to a hospital in Purnia, he said.
The occupants of the vehicle were returning to their Ompuri village in Araria district after attending a wedding at Naugachhia in Bhagalpur district, Das said. PTI COR KDK AMD
