The duo, identified as Nadeem (30) and Faizan (28), was arrested for the incident that took place yesterday.
The 20-year-old victim was waiting for her friends in 'B' Block near the inner circle of Connaught Place when the two men allegedly molested her, they said.
She alleged that the accused persons started misbehaving with her and allegedly beat her up when she objected to them.
The victim later approached police and the accused were arrested.
