Two minors drown in farm well

: Two children, a brother and sister, drowned in a farm well at nearby Nandavanapatti village when they were taking a bath today, police said.
They said the seven year old boy strayed into the deep end of the well,where the water level had increased due to heavy rains. His nine year old sister saw him floundering and rushed to save him, but both drowned.
The bodies have been recovered and sent to government hospital here.
