Two minors raped

Two minor girls were allegedly raped here when their families were away from home and attending religious events.
An uto driver Jai Bhagwan kidnapped and allegedly raped a 4-year-old child when her family was attending a 'Jagran' at village Wazirabad early this morning.
When the family was busy in the procession, Jai Bhagwan took the child to a secluded place and raped her, police said.
As the child started crying, the public noticed it and came to know about the incident.
Jai Bhagwan was arrested, said the police.
In a separate incident, a taxi driver Roshan was arrested from Hansi in Hisar district when it came out that he had allegedly raped an eight-year-old child when her family had visited Sheetla Mata Mandir in Gurgaon a few days ago.

The child reached back home at Hansi and narrated the incident to her family. The family, in turn, reported the matter to Hansi police who forwarded the complaint to Gurgaon police.
Gurgaon police later arrested the accused and produced Roshan before a Judicial Magistrate who sent him to judicial custody here today.
