Two murdered in separate incidents in Nashik

A 29-year-old man was murdered by a gang of eight members following an old dispute, police said today.
Sripad Dattatreya Suryavanshi was talking to his friends at Shiv Nagar chowk in Panchavati locality yesterday when the gang members stabbed him to death with sharp weapons and fled from the spot, they said.
Police have registered offences under relevant sections, including murder, against the accused.
A manhunt has been launched to nab them, police added.
In another incident, a man working as a manager at a beer bar was killed yesterday by three persons after he refused to give them liquor on credit.
The victim, Ashok Kacharu Salve (45), was attacked with sticks and empty beer bottles by the accused following which he died, police said, adding that a hotel waiter was also injured in the attack and is admitted in hospital.
Offences have been registered against - Sahebrao Pithekar, Prakash Dandekar and Sandeep Kale - under relevant sections at Ambad police station, they added.
