The duo, Ulis Mushahary from Assam and Kanu Basumatary from Alipurduar were arrested in Kamakhyaguri, district additiional superintendent of poliice Akash Migharia said.
Two nine mm revolvers, two magazines, six sim cards and two mobile phones were recovered from them.
