Two persons commit suicide in Ghaziabad

A married woman and 28-year-old man allegedly hanged themselves to death in two separate incidents at Indirapuram area here in the last 24 hours, police said today.
In the first case, Vidya Lakshmi (37) hanged herself to death from a ceiling fan this evening at Nyay Khand colony when her husband had gone to work and her kids were playing outside the house, Deputy Superintendent of Police Atul Yadav said.
Domestic skirmishes were said to be the reason being the suicide, he said.
In another incident, Lalit Chauhan hanged himself to death inside his flat at Abhay Khand area after having a heated argument with his wife Sapna in an inebriated state last night, the DSP said.

Both the bodies have been sent for post mortem and investigation was underway, Yadav said, adding no suicide note was recovered in either cases.
