Police party intercepted two pedestrians Shabaz Choudhary and Mohd Amin at a check point in Miran Sahib in the district today, a police officer said.
Police recovered 140 grams heroin from their possession during checking, he said, adding that both the accused were arrested from the spot along with the seizure of the narcotic substance.
A case has been registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and further investigation is underway, police said.
