Two persons were killed in two separate road accidents here, police said today.
A 25-year-old youth Rahul working with a Noida based construction firm was hit by a fast moving vehicle from behind on NH-24 near Dasna toll plaza last night while he was on way to his home in Hapur from his office on motorbike, police said.
Station House Officer (SHO) of Kavi Nagar police station, Ashok Shishodia said police reached the spot and rushed the profusely bleeding Rahul to a nearby private hospital where he died during treatment.
Body has been sent for post mortem and an FIR has been registered against unknown vehicle and its driver.
In a separate incident a labourer Ramesh (45) was crushed to death by an unknown vehicle on Banthala-Chirodi last night said police.
Station House Officer (SHO) of Loni Kotwali police station, Avdhesh Pratap Singh said some locals spotted a body lying beside the road and informed the police this morning.

Ramesh was living in a rented accommodation in Brij Vihar colony of Loni.
Last evening he left his home for some urgent work but didn't turn up.
An FIR has been registered and a manhunt has been launched to nab the errant vehicle driver. The SHO added.
