The projects are expected to create employment to 1,300 persons.
The 39th State High Level Clearance Committee meeting has also approved amendment to projects which were cleared in earlier meetings.
In today's meeting, new proposals of Anthem Biosciences Pvt Ltd with an investment of Rs 235 crore, and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited with an investment of Rs 20,000 crore were cleared.
These projects will come up at Ramanagara and Mangaluru respectively, Chief Minister's office said in a statement.

The projects cleared by the committee for Infosys include setting up a SEZ near Konappana Agrahara in 10.04 acres with an investment of Rs 625 crore which is expected to generate employment for about 8,500 people and another 5 acre near Konappana Agrahara for Software Technology Park with an investment of Rs 1,079 crore and employment to about 15,000 people.
It also cleared 3.5 acres in Electronic City second stage for setting up Software Technology Park with an investment of Rs 216 crore to employ 3,500 people.
During 2014-15, it approved 108 projects with an investment of Rs 54,433.01 crore, generating employment for 56,101 persons, the statement said.
During 2015-16 so far, the committee has approved 76 projects with an investment of Rs 3,783.99 crore, generating employment for 15,028 persons.
