During a checking at Mandir Masjid Point near Dogra Chowk in the city, police apprehended two persons identified as Farooq Ahmed and Saleem Khan last night, police officials said, adding some cannabis was also recovered from their possession.
A case has been registered in this connection and investigation is going on, they said.
