The deceased have been identified as Vikas and Ashish, they said.
Upinder Mandal said that his son Ashish had gone on bike to college and later went to ESI dispensary along with Vikas to get medicines. As he was returning from the dispensary, an authority sewer truck hit their bike outside the gate, police said.
Both were rushed to district hospital where they succumbed.
Sector 24 Station Officer Neeraj Kumar said case has been lodged and the truck driver arrested.
