Security forces today apprehended two persons suspecting them to be Maoists and recovered an improvised bomb from them in the Naxal-hit Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh.
Officials said an operation under the command of CRPF was undertaken early today around the Koyalnara village of the district in which the duo were nabbed and a 5-kg IED, three locally-made bombs, a mobile phone and some other material were seized from them.
The duo are being checked for their links with Naxals, the officials said, adding they have been handed over to local police.
