Ajai Chaurasiya (14) and Deepak Pal (15) died on the spot, police said.
All the four were returning from a morning walk when the truck hit them.
A manhunt has been launched to nab the erring driver, who fled from the scene.
As soon as the news spread, locals rushed to the spot and staged a blockade demanding action against the erring driver.
