The undertrials identified as Gurjant Singh and Rachhpal Singh were arrested recently under various sections of the NDPS Act, Arms Act and the IPC, official sources said.
The Special Operations Cell based at Amritsar had arrested them in the district following recovery of 26 kg heroine, they said.
