Two wheels of goods train engine jump tracks

Two wheels of the engine of a goods train derailed near Kisanganj station due to which services were affected in the morning today.
Kisanganj station superintendent Deepak Kumar said the accident occurred during the course of taking the train to the yard late last night on up line.
Due to this, train services were affected for five hours till this morning, he said.
Many trains were stranded at nearby stations like Hatwar, Barsoi, Kanki and Dalkola.
A team of officials went to the spot from Katihar to put the wheels back on track and cleared the line for traffic, he said.
An inquiry has been ordered into the accident.
