Two women set drunk husband on fire; held

A 45-year-old man was killed after he was allegedly dragged out of his house and set on fire by his two wives in Jagadgirigutta area here in the early hours today, the police said.
The women were apparently fed up with the deceased G Mahender's addiction to alcohol, according to police.
"He was addicted to alcohol and used to allegedly daily harass his two wives, aged 38 and 33. At about 4 A.M, Mahender beat up his son in drunken condition," a police official said.
The women in a fit of rage throttled Mahender with a saree, pulled him out of the house and set him ablaze after dousing him in kerosene," he said.

A case of murder was registered and the two women were taken into custody. Further probe is on.
