Nitin Kumar and Arvind were apprehended from near AIIMS yesterday by a police patrolling party, Chhaya Sharma, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), said.
"We found them in suspicious circumstances and a search yielded three kg of ganja," she said. PTI GJS SJY RT
