The settlement follows a judge's decision to issue an arrest warrant on August 9 after the 26-year-old rapper failed to show up for a court hearing, reported People magazine.
"There has been a settlement reached to the mutual satisfaction of the parties, the terms of which are confidential," Danny Abir, attorney for landlord Gholamreza Rezai said.
"My law partner, Boris Treyzon, will appear in court Friday morning to ask the judge to quash the bench warrant since a settlement has been reached and our client is satisfied," he added.
Tyga was caught in a legal battle over a Malibu home he rented in 2012.
After Tyga left, the landlord discovered that he had inflicted major damages to the house, equivalent of USD 480,285.
