Additional Sessions Judge Kaveri Baweja summoned the 25-year-old woman, who had earlier testified as a witness in January, to be cross examined again by the counsel for accused Shiv Kumar Yadav.
"In terms of the Delhi High Court order dated March 4, the case is now directed to be listed for cross examination of prosecution witness no. 2 (victim)," the judge said.
The court also said that according to the order of the high court, cross examination of the witnesses would be carried out on a day-to-day basis and the counsel would not be given any adjournment on any ground whatsoever.
The fast track court is currently hearing final arguments of the defence counsel and prosecution has already concluded its arguments.

The prosecutor had earlier argued that the medical and forensic evidence have corroborated the woman's testimony that she was raped allegedly by the Uber cab driver who had also tried to force her into unnatural sex.
According to the prosecution, the incident took place on the night of December 5 last year when the victim, a finance executive working in Gurgaon, was heading back home.
