After debuting at Rs 600, reflecting a fall of 4 per cent as compared to the issue price, shares of the company finally ended at Rs 598.80, down 4.19 per cent on the BSE.
At the NSE, it settled at Rs 597.30, a loss of 4.43 per cent.
In terms of volume, 13.39 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the BSE and over 31 lakh shares were traded at the NSE during the day.
The initial public offer of UFO Moviez India was subscribed more than two times last month.

The price band for the issue had been fixed at Rs 615-625.
The company has reported revenue of Rs 357.2 crore for the first nine months of financial year 2015, with a profit after tax of Rs 40.6 crore.
UFO Moviez operates India's largest digital cinema distribution network and in-cinema advertising platform (in terms of number of screens) as of October, according to ratings and research agency Crisil.
Meanwhile, in the broader market, the benchmark BSE Sensex ended 45.04 points down at 27,206.06.
