"This centre will be equipped with class rooms, seminar halls, drill training labs to impart the modern training and techniques to dairy farmers," an official spokesman said.
This training centre would provide training to farmers of Sangrur, Patiala and Barnala districts.
He said the financial assistance to the tune of Rs 3.50 crore has already been released by the state government.
"The state government has already set up five such state of the art dairy training centres in different areas of Punjab" he said.
