During his day-long hurricane tour of Una, Dhumal laid the foundation stone of a modern bus stand to be constructed at a cost of Rs 50.48 crore.
He also laid the foundation stone of several other developmental projects in the constituency represented by state BJP chief Satpal Singh Satti.
Dhumal told a public meeting that the state government had not only fulfilled poll promises made to the people but had gone much beyond the election manifesto to give benefits to all sections of society.
He said Rs 282 crore were spent on channelization of Swan river phase-II and 7260 hectares of land was reclaimed.
Tenders worth Rs 50 crore had been invited for the third phase of Swan channelization, the Chief Minister said.
A scheme, estimated to cost Rs 600 crore, had been formulated for channalising 73 tributaries of Swan river which would make 6606 hectares of land cultivable, he said.
