"I offer myself for dope test and ask Sukhbir to also undergo the same in any laboratory," said Randhawa, a Congress MLA from Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur district.
"And whosoever is found addicted to any drug, he has to quit politics," he said flaying Sukhbir for his remarks at a gathering in Patiala yesterday.
The Punjab Deputy Chief Minister had said more than 70 per cent of the Congress leaders were hooked to drugs.
