It also said that everyone should await the outcome of the judicial commission which was independent and without pressure from any one.
"Government has announced setting up of a judicial commission, which will give its report in three months time. Those who are doing politics on this issue have got a reply.
"I feel some people are doing politics on even a suicide, on which not just the Prime Minister but the entire country is pained on this kind of politics," BJP Spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said.
"Smriti Irani has not said anything wrong and she has talked to the family of the student today and the talk was good," he said, rejection the Opposition charge that she had misinformed.

He said government has moved forward and set up a judicial commission, which is independent and it is not under pressure from anyone. "Everyone should wait for the outcome of the commission," he said.
Another party spokesperson M J Akbar said Congress has become a desperate party and raking up issues unnecessarily.
The Opposition party also dubbed the HRD minister as the "biggest culprit" in the matter and said that the Prime Minister has "disappointed" the whole country by "not uttering a word about any disciplinary action, any legal action" against Irani and Dattatreya.
