"I respect Opposition specially Congress that has enough strength and I feel it was against the basic traditions and sentiments of parliamentary dignity and democracy. Opposition should have taken part in the proceedings", while making reply on debate on her budget Raje said.
"Our ministers tried to break the deadlock. I also wanted that the impasse to be ended and they (Congress members) would have taken part in the debate on her budget in last three days", Raje said.
Opposition Congress MLAs continued to abstain from the House proceedings for the fourth consecutive day today, demanding probe into the alleged assault and action against cops, who lathicharged on the protestors on March 3.
Earlier in the day, Leader of Opposition Rameshwar Dudi told reporters at the MLAs quarters in front of the Assembly building, since the Congress MLAs were thrashed out of the House by marshals on the order of Speaker Kailash Meghwal, they will not return to the House unless the ruling BJP party calls them to resolve the matter.
"We remaining 16 out of 24 MLAs were not suspended but the marshals pushed us out", Dudi said.
