Unprecedented that sitting CM aims for another state: Swaraj

Swaraj India president Yogendra Yadav today mocked AAP government's "do saal bemisaal" slogan, as he hit out at Arvind Kejriwal for "giving up" on Delhi and nursing "ambition" to become Chief Minister of another state.
"It is unprecedented that a sitting chief minister has given up on his own state and is running about to become CM of another state," Yadav said.
Kejriwal has no concern for multiple problems of Delhi and is furthering his "political interests" in other states, Swaraj India national spokesperson Anumpam said.
"He has lost connect with the pain and problems of the people in Delhi which has become a stepping stone to fulfil his aspirations to grab power in other states only to further his own political interests," he said.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) through its "misdeeds and misadventures" since February 2015 has "insulted" the massive public mandate it received in Assembly elections, Anupam said, adding, "Far from keeping his promise, Kejriwal has forsaken the aam aadmi (common man) of Delhi who brought him into power."
Anupam charged AAP government of "cheating" Delhi people on various fronts including women security, reducing liquor consumption, WiFi internet service, opening schools and colleges and development of slums and unauthorised colonies.
He also attacked AAP government accusing it of "double speak" on Janlokpal coming out with a "Jokepal".
Swaraj India has been running "Jawab do Hisab do" campaign against AAP government in Delhi asking for replies on promises made by it. The political outfit, led by ousted AAP leaders Yadav and Prashant Bhushan, is also eyeing to participate in MCD elections scheduled in April.
