UPCC president Nirmal Khatri said in a statement he has dissolved all the state-level cells and departments of the Congress, besides their district and city units, and dropped their respective presidents and chairmen with the permission of the AICC.
Khatri said earlier, the state-level committees of flagship programmes had been dissolved but their district units were working, which have also been dissolved now.
The UPCC president said the departments, cells and flagship programme committees would be reconstituted soon along with their district and city-level units.
