Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma today said he has formed district-level teams to curb cheating during ongoing examinations of a state-run university.
The B R Ambedkar University, Agra, has examination centres in several districts of the state, including Mathura and Aligarh.
At an assessment meeting here, Sharma said officers of the university would coordinate with DMs and senior police officials of the districts where the examination centres are located.
He said strong action would be taken against the varsity-affiliated colleges from where incidents of cheating are reported.
