"Visit the areas devastated by hailstorm and heavy rain. Verify the relief provided to farmers," Yadav told district officials at a meeting here today.
"Officials should ensure speedy survey of the affected areas. The chief minister wants to help the farmers in their hour of crisis. There is no dearth of funds," the minister told reporters later.
The minister also distributed cheque to farmers affected by the rain and hailstorm in Fatiha and Koela Alipur villages.
