UP police seeks report on 'obscene dance' at police function

Uttar Pradesh police today sought a detailed report after visuals telecast by news channel purportedly showed girls dancing during a Janmashtami festival function at Pallia police station here.
Superintendent of Police Arvind Sen Yadav said he has sought a report in this regard from Circle office, Pallia.
"I have sought a report from the CO," the SP said.
A section of media reports claimed that "obscene dance performance" by girls was part of the function to mark Janmashtami festival at the Pallia police station last night.
