The statement was released after an agreement was signed between both the states for 199 routes.
The agreement will allow both the states to directly connect cities likes Jaipur, Ajmer, Haridwar, Meerut, Bikaner, Ganganagar, Jodhpur, Udaypur, Jodhpur, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Sambhal, Allahabad, Sawai Madhopur, Alwar, Kannauj and others with bus service.
While principal secretary transport Aradhna Shukla signed the MOU of behalf of UP, her counterpart in Rajasthan Shilendra Agarwal signed the MOU in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
