Polling would be held at 2,811 polling centres for five municipal corporations, 50 Nagar Palikas and 108 Nagar Panchayats in this phase, Joint Election Commissioner Jai Prakash Singh said.
Of these polling centres, 786 are sensitive and 1,081 highly sensitive, Singh said, adding that strict security arrangements have been made for the polls.
The districts covered in the second phase are Prabuddh Nagar, Baghpat, Bulandshahr, Rampur, Bareilly, Agra, Etah, Kanpur, Allahabad, Hardoi, Shravasti, Barabanki, Faizabad, Gorakhpur, Azamgarh, Chandauli and Sant Ravidas Nagar, Singh said.
The first phase of the polls was held on June 24 and the last would be held on July four.
Polls will happen in four phases and counting would be held on July 7.
