US woman hides USD 5000 stolen cash in rectum

A US woman who allegedly stole USD 5000 from her boyfriend and hid it in her rectum had to be hospitalised after she unsuccessfully tried to retrieve the money.
Christie Black, 43, from Tennessee in US, was bleeding severely following her attempt to remove the wad of stolen money with a toilet brush and tongs, according to a Hawkins County Sheriff's Office report.
Black's boyfriend Bobby Gulley set a "trap" for her by placing two envelopes containing USD 4,000 and USD 1,000 in an old medicine bag, the 'Times News' reported.
The bag was then placed on a table before Gully went to bed.

Gulley said that when he woke up, he noticed Black was still awake, but the medicine bag and cash were missing.
When Gulley confronted Black with the theft, she reportedly vomited up a bag containing partially dissolved pills.

Gulley then asked her where the money was, and she admitted to him she had wrapped it up and stuck it in her rectum, the report said.
Black said that she feared Gulley was going to kick her out of home and she needed money for a place to live.
She was bleeding severely and was brought to the Hawkins County Memorial Hospital emergency room where the money was then removed and collected as evidence.

Black is facing an arrest warrant for theft.
