USHA International ties up with Mumbai Indians

In its effort to promote sports and engage with the younger audience, USHA International today announced its association with the Mumbai Indians as official partners in the seventh edition of the Indian Premier League.
For over 25 years now, USHA International, one of India's leading household consumer durables company, has been committed to help improve the quality of life for women and youth through sports and skill development activities.
Komal Mehra, Sports and Event consultant of USHA said the company was glad to associate with one of the most successful IPL teams -- Mumbai Indians.
"This collaboration is a step towards connecting with the cricket crazy youth of the nation and also strengthening our foot prints in the western parts of the country. It is a big leap for USHA and their association with sports," said Mehra.
The company supports and promotes a wide array of sports initiatives across the country, which includes the Mawana Marathon, Ultimate Frisbee, Golf (junior, ladies, amateur and professional) and now cricket.
Recently, the company partnered with the All India Cricket Association for the Deaf (AICAD) for the inaugural edition of the USHA Deaf IPL.
