Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sameer Bajpai dismissed the bail application of Dilnoza Juraeya and Mamadalieva Dilbar saying they have not only illegally "overstayed" in India but were also using forged multiple entry visa.
"Allegation against the accused is serious in nature. The accused allegedly acted in pre-planned and deliberate manner.
"They not only overstayed in India and made their exit by using forged multiple entry visa but again visited India on the basis of said forged multiple entry visa," the court said.
The judge has passed the order on the bail plea moved by the two accused, who were arrested at IGI airport last month during immigration clearance after it was found that the multiple entry visa of India affixed on their passport was forged.
The two have been booked under section 14 of Foreigner's Act, which carries maximum jail term of five years. Opposing their bail pleas, the prosecution told the court that the two had previously visited India in 2011 and 2012 and were frequently travelling to and fro on the basis of forged multiple entry visa.
The prosecution claimed that there was a big racket which provides visa to girls from countries which were part of the erstwhile Soviet Union and it had to be unearthed.

The court was also told that during interrogation, Juraeva had named one Zuliapa, an agent who stays in India and allegedly provided them fake visas for Rs 1.2 lakh.
Agreeing with the prosecution's submissions, the court sent the two to judicial custody saying, "The court has to consider the chances of unearthing the racket which provides visa to the girls from Russian countries."
