V K Singh promises to set up grievance helpline in Ghaziabad

A 24X7 public grievance helpline will be set up for the residents of Ghaziabad within a week's time, Union Minister of State and MP from the constituency Gen (Retd) V K Singh said today.
Speaking at a press conference held at the residence of Home Minister Rajnath Singh here, the former army chief said the people of Ghaziabad would also be able to file their complaints online.
Singh also assured that all promises made during the election campaign will be implemented within two-three months.
The minister said he had asked the District Magistrate S V S Ranga Rao to give a report on 22 issues pertaining to the the district of which reply from him on 11 issues is pending.
