The designers posed for the cover page of Elle magazine on the staircase of late fashion designer Coco Chanel's former house in Paris, reported Sun online.
Beckham, 38, posted the pictures on Facebook and wrote, "First pictures from my Elle cover shoot with Karl Lagerfeld, a dream come true!"
"At 31 Rue Cambon wearing my new optical collection on the iconic Chanel staircase shot by Karl Lagerfeld," she added.
