The other two films are Dibakar Banerjee's 'Byomkesh Bakshi', a period take on the popular detective hero from Bengali fiction and Ranbir Kapoor starrer- 'Jagga Jasoss', which is being directed by Anurag Basu.
"I am so thrilled that we are coming first... I am sure the other films will be different and they are all being made by wonderful directors and have amazing actors in it. But Bobby is the only female detective you know," Vidya said in an interview.
"The spying bug is in everyone. As human beings we want to know about things that other's don't want to reveal. In school and college, I used to spy for friends or myself in order to get all information about a person I had a crush on or if a friend of mine liked someone," she said.
The actress says one major effect that this film has had on her is that she has probably become more shrewd and street smart.
'Bobby Jasoos', which hits theatres this Friday, also stars 'Fukrey' fame actor Ali Fazal and has been directed Samar Shaikh.
