Village level extension worker arrested

A Village Level Extension Worker (VLEW) of the agriculture department has been arrested today for allegedly selling government pumps in Assam's Morigaon district, the police said.
Mohan Bora was arrested while he was allegedly conducting a deal and also recovered two pumps from his possession.
The government pumps were meant for distribution among the poor.
