The head gaon burah along with his associatates negotiated all challenges to reach Palin where the district inauguration function was organised.
"With the inauguration the long-felt demands of the people for hassle-free administration has been fulfilled and we are optimistic that our dream for a all-weather road will be fulfilled soon," Tarok said.
Pipsorang is one of the remotest circle headquarters of the newly created district without any road communication, situated just a few kilometers from the Indo-Sino border.
"We are here with a hope that our long pending demand for surface communication will be announced by Chief Minister Nabam Tuki so that our people could easily make movement for their necessities," Tarok said.

For the people of Tali and Pipsorang, an all-weather road is a distant dream.
"With Centre attaching top priority on infrastructure development, my government is committed to link all places in the state with road connectivity," the chief minister assured.
"Construction of road to Tali will help our people to have access to all requirements including education, health and electricity," said former Lok Sabha MP Takam Sanjoy, a native of Palin.
Tali and Pipsorang depend on air sorties for essential commodities and even sometime the denizens of these places have to feed themselves with locally available products for days together when inclement weather did not permit sorties by the Indian Air Force.
