Overall, the mobile phone boarding pass facility will lead to another 'experience simplicity' feature while travelling through Mumbai Airport by Vistara, the release said.
The first of its kind initiative at Mumbai Airport helps provide Vistara's customers a truly seamless travel experience, it said.

The customers using this facility will only need to choose 'get Mobile boarding pass/ collect by SMS' option when checking-in online or on its mobile app.
The SMS from Vistara will contain the booking details and the link to access the mobile boarding pas, it said adding customers are encouraged to take a screen shot of the mobile boarding pass, which is readable by the technologically advanced machines installed in Mumbai T2's domestic departure level.
Expressing his pleasure over the launch of the facility Mumbai International Airport Limited chief executive Rajeev Jain said, "With the launch of mobile phone boarding pass facility, we believe the passengers travelling through Vistara out of Terminal 2 will experience another hassle free feature.
