Visual IQ is the only company from Kerala to have made it to the list which was topped by Proctor and Gamble.
The ranking lauds the initiatives undertaken by corporate in integrating and driving meaningful platforms making 'health and wellness' an inclusive program for its workforce.
The list features companies with workforce ranging between 150 to 73,000 and the participating companies were assessed and evaluated on the basis of standalone and integrated health and wellness initiatives, a press release said.

TIST signs MOU with Lankan univeristy
* The Toc H Institute of Science and Technology here has signed an MoU with the University of Kelaniya, one of Sri Lanka's oldest and most prestigious varsities, to enhance cooperation in the field of academics, research and cultural exchange programme.
The MoU was signed between Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya, Professor Sunanada Madduma Bandara and Secretary of Toc H Group of Institutions Prakash George Mathen at Kelaniya University recently.
"The programme is aimed at providing our students a ehance to interact with the management, students and faculty in Sri Lanka and acquaint themselves with the cultural, economic and social ethos of that country," TIST principal Dr D Vincent H Wilson, said.
