Secretary of BVK, Dr K Viswanadh said BVK is affiliated to Vidya Bharathi Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha samsthan and the school games federation allotted this year's games to Vidya Bharathi as a unit.
District President of Basketball Association T S R Prasad said that 24 boys state teams and 24 girls state teams including SGFI will take part.
The championship will be held at Port stadium, Port outdoor court, Sri Prakash vidya Niketan, ZPH school chandrampalem, Andhra university basket ball court.
