'Vocation' wins Mahipathi Rao Memorial Million event

L D'Silva trained 'Vocation', ridden by Suraj Narredu, won the K Mahipathi Rao Memorial Million - distance about 1,400 metres - the main event of the 8th day Hyderabad Monsoon races held here today.
Deshmukh trained 'Super Duper', ridden by P S Chouhan, won the supporting event of the day, Independence Cup, of over 1,400 metres.
Trainers D'Silva and Deshmukh, and jockey Narredu scored a double each.
Three first favourites obliged in a card of eight events.
