"A'won" or assistance has been launched to enhance the trust in the judicial system locally and internationally and to highlight role of the courts and experts in the area of community-based services.
"The Dubai Courts seeks through the initiative to help the litigants who can not afford fees of experts for the cases they file with the court," Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director-General of Dubai Courts, said yesterday.
It is in line with vision to make the litigants happy through providing them with services that would raise their happiness indicator, he said, while stressing the need to provide hassle-free services to those who deal with the court.
The experts would provide their services for the litigants in two ways depending on the type of the case and the mission assigned.
