"With me reinventing myself as an actor in different genre of films ranging from 'Moner Manush' to 'Jaatiswar', we can't be cast in 'typical hero-heroin' mould in an typical entertainer any more," Prosenjit told PTI here.
Crediting popular masala film maker Raja Chanda for the creative ad film casting Tollywood's first couple, Prosenjit said, "But coming to full length feature films, with the make-over and change in contents, I am not doing typical roles any more. And if they (directors) want to cast us both, as two characters, they have to develop the script accordingly."
"This is my first on-screen appearance as a couple with your Bumbada (as Prosenjit is called fondly) and a woman's addiction to ornaments, typically gold, comes off so poignantly. I am positive about turning up with him but it has to be baccked by appropriate story line," Arpita said.
"The short film, partly in retro color, also encompassed the journey of Tollywood, the classic milestones and the most contemporary ones," the producer of the ad film said.
