For her maiden Oscar red carpet appearance, the 33-year-old "Quantico" star opted for a white embellished strapless gown by the Lebanese designer.
"I want it to be like feminine, and very classic for the Oscars," she said.
The "Bajirao Mastani" actress said she wanted "to be comfortable, for sure," in her gown, and the dress itself needed to be something that lasts all evening, reported E! Online.
"It's one of the biggest red carpets in the world. It's super long so, I want to be comfortable for sure. And something that lasts the whole evening... You know it's not ripping."
The actress slipped into a shimmery Jenny Packham dress for the Vanity Fair post Oscars party.
