Water supply to be affected in west Delhi tomorrow: DJB

Water supply will be affected in many localities in west Delhi including Paschim Vihar and nearby areas tomorrow evening, due to repair of 1,100 mm master pipeline by Delhi Jal Board.
The areas where the water supply will remain affected include all blocks of Paschim Vihar, Subham Enclave J&G Block Paschim Vihar, Jawala Heri Village, Avatar Enclave, Multan Nagar, Madipur Village and JJ Colony, Punjabi Bagh Extension, JJC Bhagat Singh Camp, JJC Sonia Camp, Dairy Wala Bagh JJC and Peera Garhi Relief Camp etc, said DJB in a statement.
The supply will be affected due to repair of leakage in 1,100 mm diameter PSC water main near JJ Cluster, opposite BG-6, Paschim Vihar, it said.

The residents have been advised to store sufficient quantity of water.
Water tankers will be available at telephone numbers 25221181, 25222400 (Punjabi Bagh Water Emergency), 27304656, 27306089 (Ashok Vihar Water Emergency) and 1916 (DJB Help line), the statement added.
