"This year on 28th October which happens to be her Birth Anniversary, The GTA salutes Sister Nivedita by observing the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, clarion call made by Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi," Gurung said in his Facebook page.
